Artemis (2/7/9000), MS Project, Pertmaster, CA Super Project, Open Plan. This also includes quantities work.
Development and inception of custom monitoring facilities tailored to suit in house, (various companies), record
systems for manpower and material resources.
Normal, regular project statusing including digital records and Earned Value Management systems and reporting.
Sub Contracts, document preparation, search, evaluation and award, coordination and management.
Main Contractor coordination functions, internal and external applications.
Identifying contract control features and procedures, development of systems to ensure compliance.
Contractual notices and support documentation; preparation, submittal and negotiation.
Claims preparation, (planning and QS), submittal and negotiation.
Budgeting, tracking and forecasting.
Materials control and management.
Development, inception and mangement of staff cost tracking systems, using simple PM systems.
Support services to users of PM Systems, including operator training.
